Here are some FAQ’s which might help answer questions on football and dance/cheer bookings.

Let’s cut to the chase… how much will it cost?

There is a $25 deposit to secure a spot for your player/dancer/cheer-er.. this lets me know how many to expect and further lets me know you’re serious about it. The full amount will be $150 for football (the balance of $125 due at the game) and $75 total for dance/cheer with $50 due at the game.

Fees for football are for single games only. Dance and cheer is for the duration of the evening (which is typically 2 games).

What does that get me?

Photos of your player/dancer/cheer in a variety of settings.. pre-game, in-game, post game, candids, etc.

How many pics should I expect to receive?

Much of this depends on how much play time your player gets as well as how ‘available’ he is on the field. A quarterback, running back, receiver, etc. are traditionally more available than, say, a center or a lineman just due to their proximity to others.

That said, I would estimate that anywhere from 15-45 images would be reasonable to expect.

Dance and cheer is a little different but on-field some of the same rules apply. If your dancer is on the 2nd or 3rd row things are a little more difficult due to the possibility of being blocked. I will always do my best to position myself to get he best shots!

When can I expect to get the images and how?

Right now, I am targeting delivery within a 4-5 day period after the game (often sooner). All photos will be added to a private password protected gallery which you can share with friends and family. ALL digital downloads are free.

…and…?

If you use the code: FUNYUNS or bring me a SMALL bag of Funyuns you will also get a free app with your player/dancer/cheer which may be share with friends and family! Apps will be available after the galleries have been delivered. And my cardiologist asks that you please NOT bring me bags of Funyuns..

How long are the galleries active?

The galleries will be available through the end of the calendar year at which time they will be archived. If, for some reason, you need your gallery active longer, please feel free to ask.. The apps will be active through the remainder of the school year… at least.. I’m not sure on this but happy to hear thoughts and opinions!

Who owns the photos? What can I do with them?

Always a sticky subject but here is a quick explanation. Short answer is that I (Stephen Davis) own the rights to the images. That said, your usage allows you to use the photos in any non-commercial way meaning you can pretty much do anything EXCEPT sell them for commercial usage. Use in yearbooks, scrapbooks, tributes, and such is fine. Selling to Sports Illustrated would be disallowed (but let’s talk!!!).

What is my player/dancer/cheer-er doesn’t get much field time?

If you have information that your player/dance/cheer will not get much field time due to injury or the like, please contact me as soon as you can so we can look at rescheduling.

If something happens at the game or in the game then there isn’t much I can do/say to fix this and I have already committed to being there.

What if the game is canceled or postponed due to weather or other reasons by the school(s)?

In the event of cancelation with no make-up, all deposits will be returned. If the game is rescheduled I will do my best to accommodate within my schedule and we can go from there. Any with deposits for rescheduled games will have priority over those with no deposits.
